In the first part, the information about the role of integrated rescue system. In the second part, the school is introduced as soft target that is protected from two perspectives - by closing the building or leaving the building. In the third part, the particular analyses of elementary school Sady is provided. The absence of safety awareness to the aggressor inside the building was identified.
